1. Who we are
Haulsun ("we", "us") operates haulsun.com, an AI freight co-pilot for carriers and brokers. Contact: privacy@haulsun.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account info — name, email, profile photo (when you sign in with Google or email).
- Carrier data — DOT/MC numbers, equipment, lanes, loads, and rates you submit.
- Usage data — pages viewed, actions taken, device/browser info, IP address.
3. How we use information
- Provide and improve the Haulsun service (load matching, rate forecasting, backhaul predictions).
- Authenticate you and secure your account.
- Communicate service updates, billing, and support.
4. Google user data
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google's OAuth scopes (openid, email, profile). We use this only to create and authenticate your Haulsun account. We do not sell or share Google user data with third parties for advertising.
5. Sharing
We share data only with infrastructure providers that help us run Haulsun (hosting, database, analytics) under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your data.
6. Data retention
We retain account data while your account is active, and for up to 12 months after closure unless legally required to keep longer.
7. Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@haulsun.com.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and role-based access controls. No system is 100% secure; report concerns to security@haulsun.com.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
