1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using haulsun.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Haulsun provides AI-assisted freight tools including load matching, rate forecasting, and backhaul recommendations. Outputs are informational and do not guarantee load availability, rates, or business outcomes.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act on behalf of any carrier or broker entity you represent. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with the Service.
- No uploading unlawful, infringing, or false information.
- No reselling Haulsun outputs without written permission.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant Haulsun a license to process it to provide and improve the Service.
6. Fees
Paid plans, if any, are billed as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Haulsun does not arrange, broker, or guarantee freight transactions; you remain solely responsible for your business decisions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haulsun's total liability is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim or (b) USD $100. Haulsun is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
